MM#009 Default Target

Dear Collaborators,

The largest event since the last message was a B4.5 at 10:02 UT
on April 11, produced by the target region NOAA 12738. 12738 also
produced a ~B3 event (just now). 12738 has been downgraded to
an alpha/H-type region, entering its decay phase. Additional low
B-class activities are still possible in the next 24 hours.

The position of NOAA 12738 on April 12 at 07:30 UT is:

N06E16 (-263", 193")
