Dear Collaborators,

Solar X-ray flux has remained at background levels since the last
message. The alpha region NOAA 12738 remains quiescent and unchanged.
A new bipolar emerging flux region has appeared close to disk center
but has not yet caused any appreciable variation in activity. NOAA
12738 shall remain the target region for a further 24 hours although
no change in activity is expected at this time.

The position of NOAA 12738 on 17-Apr-2019 at 13:30 UT is:

N06W56, ( 789", 150" )

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and

for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
