Dear Collaborators,

The visible solar disk remains spotless. The bipolar plage region in
the northeast quadrant has remained quiescent since the last message.
The region appears to have a low-lying filament along its magnetic
neutral line, which may produce some isolated activity if it erupts.

The approximate position of the target region on 15-Feb-2019 at 14:30 UT is:

N05E60, ( -839", 142" )

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and

Ryan Milligan (University of Glasgow)
