Dear Collaborators,

Solar activity has remained at low levels since the last message. The
target region NOAA 12734 has begun to decay as it crosses the central
meridian. It now consists of a single negative polarity leader spot
with trailing plage. No significant activity expected over the next 24
hours.

The position of NOAA 12734 on 7-Mar-2019 at 14:30 UT is:

N09E04, ( -66", 271" )
