Dear Collaborators,

The target region NOAA 12734 was the source of a B6.1 flare at 12:17
UT today. The region continues to decay and retains its alpha
configuration. The highly inclined magnetic neutral line in the
trailing plage portion may result in another isolated low-level event
over the next 24 hours.

The position of NOAA 12734 on 9-Mar-2019 at 08:30 UT is:

N08W22, ( 359", 246" )
