MM#009 Default Target

Dear Collaborators,

The active region that was the source of the M4.4
event on November 29 at 13:15 UT has now completed
east limb passage. The region is currently displaying an
unimpressive C-type/beta sunspot group. It is likely the
region rapidly decayed after the M4 event. The region
produced several B-class events and two C-class events
since the last message. The largest was a C3.8 event at
12/01/04:27 UT. B- and C-class events probable with a
slight chance of an isolated M-class event.

The position of the target on December 01 at 11:00 UT is:
S23E73 (Solar X = -858", Solar Y = -384")

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and

for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.

Regards,

Bill Marquette (Helio Research)
