Dear Collaborators,
The level of solar activity is extremely low. There are
no spots or filaments on the visible solar hemisphere.
Only some EUV bright points are appearing and then
disappearing. Today we will watch an EUV bright point
in the northeast quadrant. No noteworthy activity is
expected in the next 24 hours.
The approximate position of the target on February 21 at 02:30 UT is:
N08E29 (-480", 230")
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and

Ying Li (Purple Mountain Observatory)
