Dear Collaborators,

Solar activity continues at an extremely low level with
the visible solar disk remaining spotless. No X-ray events
have occurred since the last message. The EUV bright
point target shows some tiny jets. No noteworthy activity
is expected in the following 24 hours.

The approximate position of the target on February 23 at 18:00 UT is:
S27W28 (400", -380")

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and

for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.

Regards,

Ying Li (Purple Mountain Observatory)
