Dear Collaborators,

Solar activity has been at background levels with the visible solar
disk spotless. Yesterday's target plage region NOAA 12756 has
completely rotated over the west limb. Today we will watch a region
near the disk center. There appears a tiny filament along the PIL.
Quiet-Sun conditions continue in the next 24 hours.

The approximate position of the target on January 13 at 08:30 UT is:
S02E10 (-120", 0")

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and

for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.

Regards,

Ying Li (Purple Mountain Observatory)
