MM#009 Default Target

Dear Collaborators,

The target NOAA 12781 was the source of numerous B-class flares as
well as seven C-class flares (the largest one being a C7.3 at 00:01 UT
today) in the past 24 hours. 12781 has been designated as a beta/E-type
region, significantly increasing in its spot area. It continues to show
magnetic flux emergence. Further C-class flares are expected with a
chance of an M-class event in the next 24 hours.

The position of NOAA 12781 on November 4 at 08:30 UT is:

S25E50 (-673", -447")
