Dear Collaborators,

The target region has produced three minor flares (the largest one
being an A3.5 at 00:23 UT today) since the last message. This region
is decaying, losing most of its magnetic fluxes. We will watch this region
for a further 24 hours. Note that there is a new region, in the northwest
quadrant, emerging magnetic fluxes. Only minor activities are likely
in the next 24 hours.

The approximate position of the target on September 14 at 11:00 UT is:

S28W37 (500", -500")

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and

for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.

Regards,

Ying Li (Purple Mountain Observatory)
