Dear Collaborators,

The visible solar disk remains spotless and no flares occurred
in the past 24 hours. The target region continues to decay and
is rotating to the west limb. Quiet-Sun conditions will continue
in the next 24 hours.

The approximate position of the target on September 16 at 8:00 UT is:

N21W80 (890", 300")

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and

for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.

Regards,

Ying Li (Purple Mountain Observatory)
