Dear Collaborators,

Solar activity continues at a very low level. The largest event in the
past 24 hours was a B1.0 peaking at 21:58 UT yesterday from a plage
region in the north east quadrant (N19E13). Today the target will switch
to a newly numbered region NOAA 12800. 12800 has a beta/B-type
configuration and shows some flux emergence followed by cancellation.
Only very low level activities are likely in the next 24 hours.

The position of NOAA 12800 on January 28 at 08:30 UT is:

N19W25 (390", 400")
