Dear Collaborators,

Solar activity continues at an extremely low level with the visible solar
disk remaining spotless. The target plage region NOAA 12800 has been
flare quiet since the last message. 12800 decays further as rotating to
the west limb. No noteworthy activities are expected in the next 24 hours.

The position of NOAA 12800 on January 31 at 04:30 UT is:

N18W64 (833", 341")

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and

Ying Li (Purple Mountain Observatory)
