Dear Collaborators,

Solar activity is at a very low level. The target NOAA 12842
has remained stable since yesterday's message, continuing to
be classified as an alpha/H-type sunspot group, while 12841
was confirmed as having decayed to alpha/A-type designation.
A compact magnetic flux region has recently started emerging
in the South West quadrant showing small pores in both of its
magnetic polarities. This region has now produced the largest
flare since the last message (a B2.0 flare on 13-Jul-2021 at
18:28 UT) and becomes the new target. Further B-class flares
are probable in the following 24-hour period.

The approximate position of this region on 13-Jul-2021 at 20:00 UT is:

S17W28 , ( 423", -335" )
