MM#009 Default Target

Dear Collaborators,

The target region NOAA 12811 has produced seven ~B1
flares since the last message, the largest one being a B1.7
at 03/24/04:01 UT. 12811 now has a beta/C-type configuration,
increasing in its sunspot area and number of spots. The
region near 12811 has been designated as NOAA 12812
(N21E50) with an alpha/H-type classification. If possible,
please also include 12812 in your field of view. More B-class
activities are expected over the next 24 hours.

The position of NOAA 12811 on March 24 at 04:30 UT is:

N19E30 (-456", 407")
