Dear Collaborators,

The level of solar activity is moderate-to-high. Target NOAA 12887
decayed somewhat since the last message, although it was reported
as increasing in magnetic complexity to beta-gamma/C-type sunspot
group classification at the start of the UT day. NOAA 12891 showed
minor evolution since the last message, but produced a C2.0 flare
and the largest event of the period - an M1.7 flare on 2-Nov-2021
at 02:57 UT. NOAA 12891 becomes the new target region. Additional
C-class activity is probable in the following 24-hour period, with
a chance for another M-class flare.

The position of NOAA 12891 on 2-Nov-2021 at 16:30 UT is:

N16W06 , ( 98", 199" )
