Dear Collaborators,

The target region NOAA 12868 was the source of four B-class flares
as well as a C1.1 flare (at 09/14/06:40 UT) since the last message.
12868 has decayed to a beta/C-type configuration and is rotating over
the west limb. Another region NOAA 12869 was also produced two
low B-class flares but now decayed to a plage region. If possible,
please also include the region NOAA 12866 (S19W64, beta/D-type)
in your field of view. B-class activities are expected with a chance of
an isolated C-class flare in the next 24 hours.

The position of NOAA 12868 on September 14 at 07:30 UT is:

S20W81 (885", -341")
