Dear Collaborators,

Solar activity is at a low level. Target region NOAA 13068 was
designated as an alpha/H-type sunspot group at the beginning of
the UT day, but this classification is highly foreshortened due
to it rotating up to the South West limb. 13068 was the source
of the largest event in the period, a C1.6 flare on 7-Aug-2022
at 22:53 UT. Although 13068 has now rotated slightly over the
South West limb, this region continues to be the target for a
final 24 hours until its high-lying coronal loops can no longer
be seen. B-class activity is expected in the following 24-hour
period, with a chance for another C-class flare.

The limb position of NOAA 13068 on 8-Aug-2022 at 13:30 UT is:

S15W90 , ( 913", -243" )
