MM#009 Default Target

Dear Collaborators,

Target region NOAA 2955 developed a few spots located
within its leading polarity just east of the large leader sunspot.
2955 was the source of seven minor B-class events since
the last message.  The largest was a B4.9 at 02/23/02:44 UT.
A C-class event is possible in the next 24 hour period.

The position of NOAA  2955 on February 23 at 15:00 UT is:
N16E53 (Solar X = -746", Solar Y = 336")
