Dear Collaborators,

Solar activity continues at a very low level. The largest event
since the last message was a C2.2 flare at 11/02/02:07 UT,
produced by target region NOAA 13135. 13135 also produced
four high B-class flares during the period. It has been classified
as a beta/D-type configuration again. Only high B-class and low
C-class activities are expected in the next 24 hours.

The approximate position of NOAA 13135 on November 2 at 13:30 UT is:

N26E07 (-100", 360")
