Dear Collaborators,

Solar activity is at a very low level. Target region NOAA 13151
has decayed further since the last message, but remains classed
as a beta/D-type sunspot group. This region continued to be the
source of B-class flares in the period, but the largest flare
came from NOAA 13149 (a C1.1 on 25-Nov-2022 at 07:03 UT) which
is also a beta/D-type sunspot group classification. The target
will remain on NOAA 13151 for another 24 hours. B-class flares
are expected in the following 24-hour period, with a chance for
additional C-class flares.

The position of NOAA 13151 on 25-Nov-2022 at 15:00 UT is:

S16W29 , ( 458", -292" )
