MM#009 Default Target

Dear Collaborators,

Solar activity continues at a very low level. The target region
NOAA 13135 was the source of two C1 flares in the past 24
hours, including the largest one of a C1.4 at 10/31/02:20 UT.
13135 has been classified as a beta/E-type configuration with
increasing in the sunspot area and number of spots. More B-
class and low C-class flares are expected in the next 24 hours.

The position of NOAA 13135 on October 31 at 16:30 UT is:

N27E30 (-431", 380")
