MM#009 Default Target

Dear Collaborators,

Solar activity has been at a very low level since the last message.
Yesterday's target region NOAA 13089 was the source of seven
low C-class flares during the period, the largest one being a C3.2
at 09/06/18:21 UT. 13089 has now completed its west limb passage.
Today the target will switch to NOAA 13096 which is increasing in
its sunspot area and number of spots. C-class activities are expected
in the next 24 hours.

The position of NOAA13096 on September 7 at 15:30 UT is:

N18E62 (-800", 238")
