Dear Collaborators,

Solar activity continues at a very low level with the soft X-ray
flux around ~C1 level. The target region NOAA 13098 was the
source of a C1.1 at 09/09/21:02 UT. NOAA 13097 (S11W27)
also produced a C1.1 flare at 09/09/15:30 UT. A newly emerged
region near the south-east limb (S23E66) was the source of a
C1.0 flare plus three high B-class flares. The target NOAA 13098
has been designated as a beta/C-type sunspot group today. It
is showing mixed polarities in its leading portion. B- and C-class
activities are expected in the following 24 hours.

The position of NOAA 13098 on September 10 at 03:30 UT is:

N17E03 (-47", 162")
