Dear Collaborators,

Solar activity has continued at intermediate levels since the last
message. NOAA 13380 produced several C-class flares and there was an
isolated M2.0 flare from NOAA 13386 at 03:38 UT today. NOAA 13380 is
now beyond the southwest limb although its looptops are still visible
in EUV images. It shall remain as the default target region for an
additional 24 hours with further, partially occulted C-level flares
possible.

The position of NOAA 13380 on 4-Aug-2023 at 11:30 UT is:

S11W87, ( 926", -184" )

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and

for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
