Dear Collaborators,

Solar activity remains at a low level since the last message. A small
number of C-class flares were produced over the last 24 hours, the
largest being a C5.1 from NOAA 13397 on the northwest limb at 12:14 UT
yesterday. Target region NOAA 13405 also produced a C3.1 flare at
02:40 UT today. NOAA 13405 continues to retain its beta type
configuration and the sunspot area has slightly diminished since the
last message. NOAA 13405 will remain the target region for a further
24 hours with a slight chance of C-class activity.

The position of NOAA 13405 on 18-Aug-2023 at 11:30 UT is:

N11E31, (-480",85")
