Dear Collaborators,

Solar activity continues at low levels. The largest event
since the last message was a C3.0 flare at 23:20 UT on
30-Aug-2023 from NOAA 13413. 13413 was also the
source of a C1.5 flare and it retains its beta/D-type magnetic
configuration. Today the target shall switch to NOAA 13413.
Yesterday’s target NOAA 13417 (S05E39, beta/D-type) was
quiescent in the period. In addition, NOAA 13415 (S09W38,
beta/D-type) and two plage regions (S26W11, N17W49) also
produced a few low-C flares. B-class activities are expected
with low C-class flares probable in the next 24 hours.

The position of NOAA 13413 on 31-Aug-2023 at 11:30 UT

N09W55 (770", 80")
