Dear Collaborators,

Solar activity has remained at a moderate level since the last message.
The target region NOAA 13513 (beta/D-type) continued to be the most
flare-productive region, being the source of more than ten C-class flares
as well as the largest magnitude event in the period - an M2.3 on 6-Dec-
2023 at 21:26 UT. 13513 shows signs of further development and shall
continue as the target region. Please note that NOAA 13511 (S22W26)
also produced three low C-class flares today, which has a beta-gamma
magnetic configuration. Additional C-class activity is expected over the
next 24 hours, with a chance for another low M-class flare.

The position of NOAA 13513 on 7-Dec-2023 at 12:30 UT is:

N19E46, (-664",316")
