Dear Collaborators,

Solar activity has continued at moderate levels since the last
message, although NOAA 13521 has remained quiescent. NOAA 13519 near
the southwest limb was the source of an M4.2 flare at 05:19 UT today
and shall be the new target region. The region has undergone
significant flux emergence ahead of its leader spot and appears to
have a complex magnetic configuration. Further C-class flares likely
with chance of an additional low M-flare before west limb passage.

The position of NOAA 13519 on 21-Dec-2023 at 12:30 UT is:

S11W65, ( 868", -174" )
