Dear Collaborators,

Solar activity has returned to low levels. The largest event since
the last message was a C3.1 flare at 16:12 UT on 31-Jan-2023
produced by the target region NOAA 13207. This region was still
the most productive and has produced 10 low C-class flares,
remaining a beta/C-type sunspot group. Today the target shall
still be this region. Moreover, some other active regions (NOAA
13206, 13204) also produced a few low-level events over the
period. Further C-class activities are expected in the next 24 hours.

The position of NOAA 13207 on 2-Feb-2023 12:30 UT

S11E58 (-812", -131")
