Dear Collaborators,

Solar activity remains at low levels. The largest event since
the last message was a C2.9 flare at 16:30 UT on 3-Feb-2023
produced by the target region NOAA 13207. This region was
the most productive and produced 4 C-class events, with the
increasing number of spots. Today the target shall remain this
region. Moreover, NOAA 13206 and an unnumbered plage
region (S17E56) also produced several low C-class flares over
the period. Further C-class activities are expected in the following
24 hours.

The position of NOAA 13207 on 4-Feb-2023 12:30 UT

S12E16 (-263", -102")
