Dear Collaborators,

Solar activity is at a low level. Target region NOAA 13460 grew
slightly since the last message, and was also confirmed as being
a beta-gamma/D-type classification. This region produced several
C-class flares in the period, while previous target NOAA 13451
(now a beta-delta/E-type group) was the source of more C-class
activity as well as the largest flare - a C7.6 on 9-Oct-2023 at
11:28 UT. The target now switches back to NOAA 13451 due to its
magnetic classification. Further C-class flares are expected in
the following 24-hour period, with a small chance remaining for
a low M-class flare.

The position of NOAA 13451 on 9-Oct-2023 at 18:00 UT is:

N16W56 , ( 766", 207" )
