Dear Collaborators,

Solar activity is at a very low level. The target region at the North
West limb has rotated beyond Earth view. The plage region that used to
be NOAA 13467 produced the largest flare since the last message, a C2.8
on 21-Oct-2023 at 00:00 UT. Newly numbered NOAA 13469 (a beta/D-type
group) was the only spotted region showing any flux emergence, and this
becomes the new target. C-class activity is probable over the following
24-hour period.

The position of NOAA 13469 on 21-Oct-2023 at 18:30 UT is:

N27W47 , ( 628", 382" )
