MM#009 Default Target

Dear Collaborators,

Solar activity continues at low levels since the last message.
The target region (still unnumbered) has produced 3 C1 and
3 B-class flares. It should continue as the target region due to
its high flaring productivity and increasing current helicity.
Additionally, some plage regions (S15E81, N31W21, N17E43)
and NOAA 13471 (S23W27, beta/C-type) also produced some
low-C and B-class flares. More C-class flares are expected in
the following 24-hour period.

The approximate position of the target on 26-Oct-2023 at 11:30 UT is:

N09E77 (-890", 150")
