Dear Collaborators,

The level of solar activity is moderate. Target region NOAA
13421 has increased in number of spots and spot area since
the last message. This region has increased in spot maturity
to display penumbrae on both polarity spots, changing it to
a beta/D-type sunspot group. NOAA 13421 continued to be the
most flare-productive region, including being the source of
the largest magnitude flare in the period - an M2.0 flare on
5-Sep-2023 at 08:03 UT. Further C-class activity is expected
in the next 24 hours, with a chance for more M-class flares.

The position of NOAA 13421 on 5-Sep-2023 at 16:00 UT is:

N15W09 , ( 141", 130" )
