Dear Collaborators,

Solar activity is at a low-to-moderate level. Target region NOAA
13421 has continued to fragment since the last message but this
has resulted in increasing its complexity to a beta-gamma/E-type
classification. NOAA 13421 has only produced one C-class flare,
while NOAA 13425 (a beta/D-type group) was the source of several
C-class flares and the largest magnitude event in the period (an
M2.1 flare on 7-Sep-2023 at 18:58 UT). Further C-class activity
is expected over the following 24-hour period, with a chance for
another low M-class flare.

The position of NOAA 13425 on 8-Sep-2023 at 17:00 UT is:

N23E47 , ( -641", 294" )
