Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has diminished since the last message. The largest event
during the period was a C4.8 flare at 17:01 UT yesterday, attributed to
NOAA 13538. This region is now full behind the northwest limb. The
target region NOAA 13539 produced three ~C3 flares in the period,
which shall remain as the target region for an additional 24 hours.
Further C-level activity likely with a slight chance for an isolated low
M-class flare.
The position of NOAA 13539 on 13-Jan-2024 at 12:30 UT is:
N10W76, (932",186")
