ANALYSIS OF SOLAR ACTIVE REGIONS AND ACTIVITY FROM 22/2100Z TO 23/2100Z: SOLAR ACTIVITY WAS VERY LOW. NUMEROUS B-CLASS X- RAY EVENTS OCCURRED, PRESUMABLY DUE TO REGION 7958 (S08W90+) WHICH HAS CROSSED WEST LIMB. THE REMAINDER OF THE SOLAR DISK WAS VERY QUIET AND STABLE. IB. SOLAR ACTIVITY FORECAST: SOLAR ACTIVITY IS EXPECTED TO BE VERY LOW. IIA. GEOPHYSICAL ACTIVITY SUMMARY FROM 22/2100Z TO 23/2100Z: THE GEOMAGNETIC FIELD WAS PREDOMINANTLY QUIET TO UNSETTLED FOR THE PAST 24 HOURS. THE EXCEPTION TO THIS WAS AN INTERVAL OF ACTIVE TO MINOR STORM CONDITIONS WHICH OCCURRED BETWEEN 0000-0600Z AT NUMEROUS LOCATIONS. THE GREATER THAN 2 MEV ELECTRON FLUXES HAVE BEEN AT HIGH LEVELS FOR THE PAST 24 HOURS. IIB.
