MEAN ZONAL WIND AT 60 N IS FURTHER FROM EAST AT 10 HPA. TEMPERATURE GRADIENT REVERSED BETWEEN 60 N AND THE POLE IN THE LOWER AND MIDDLE STRATOSPHERE.
