A 17 DEGREE LONG BY 6 DEGREE WIDE FILAMENT DISAPPEARED FROM THE NORTHWEST QUADRANT AT APPROXIMATELY 19/0953Z, WHICH WAS ACCOMPANIED BY AN IMPORTANCE THREE TYPE II RADIO SWEEP. IB.
