SPLITTED VORTEX IN THE MIDDLE STRATOSPHERE WITH A MAJOR CENTER OVER CANADA AND A MINOR CENTER OVER WESTERN SIBERIA, WEAKENING AT 10HPA. THE ANTICYCLONE OVER THE NORTH ATLANTIC, MOVING EASTWARD, INTENSIFYING. THE MINOR WARMING OVER GREENLAND, MOVING NORTHEASTWARD.
