to 30/2100Z:  Solar activity was very low. All sunspot groups
currently on the visible disk are relatively small and inactive. New
Regions 9524 (N15E41) and 9525 (N19E72) were numbered.
IB.  Solar Activity Forecast:  Solar activity is expected to be very
low to low.

The geomagnetic field was quiet to unsettled.
