Stratwarm: STRATWARM ALERT/TUESDAY/STRATWARM EXISTS INTENSE WARMING OVER SIBERIA/EUROPE CONTINUES AND INTENSIFIES AT THE 10-HPA LEVEL DURING THE NEXT FIVE DAYS. TEMPERATURE GRADIENT REVERSED FROM 10 HPA UPWARDS. E.
