to 09/2100Z:  Solar activity has been very low.  Region 955 (S10E22)
was designated today.
IB.  Solar Activity Forecast:  Solar activity is expected to be very
low to low with a slight chance for an M-flare from Region 955.
IIA.  Geophysical Activity Summary 08/2100Z to 09/2100Z:
The geomagnetic field was quiet to unsettled.
