IA.  Analysis of Solar Active Regions and Activity from  09/2100Z
to 10/2100Z:  Solar activity was low.  Region 960 (S05W46) has
continued to decay, but produced a C1/sf at 10/1111Z.
IB.  Solar Activity Forecast:  Solar activity is expected to be very
low to low.  Region 960 may produce C-class activity.
IIA.  Geophysical Activity Summary 09/2100Z to 10/2100Z:
The geomagnetic field was quiet to unsettled.
IIB.  Geophysical Activity Forecast:  The geomagnetic field is
expected to be quiet to unsettled throughout the forecast period.
