Analysis of Solar Active Regions and Activity from 26/2100Z to 27/2100Z: Solar activity was very low. The visible solar disk remains spotless. IB. Solar Activity Forecast: Solar activity is expected to be very low. IIA. Geophysical Activity Summary 26/2100Z to 27/2100Z: The geomagnetic field was quiet to active conditions. Real-time solar wind speeds have shown a decline from last reporting period at 670 km/s. Speeds are now averaging around 540 km/s with Bz continuing to range from +/- 4 nT. The greater than 2 MeV electron flux at geosynchronous orbit reached high levels. IIB. Geophysical Activity Forecast: The geomagnetic field is expected to be quiet to unsettled with isolated active conditions for 28-30 October. III.
