Comparison of SFM and SFC Pointings

Comparison of SFM pointing coordinates (a representative sample) with
SFC pointing coordinates. SFM's are diamonds, SFC's are stars.
The distributions overlap pretty well. The time range for this comparison 
is since the last filter rupture (through March for the SFM's).
