DARK SPIKE VARIATION
Just a figure to remind everyone that there is a great
deal of short time scale variation in CCD dark signal
these days. This plot shows the changes in 7 FR pixels
of a PFI 1x2 dark frame with DPE=28 over a one hour
period. I have chosen the 7 pixels with the largest
variation out of the 8192 pixels in the image. So,
in percentage area the effect is small it should be
kept in mind when looking for changes in single-pixel
features.
