Job Opportunity for Engineering and Science Majors Rocket Payload Engineering Team The MOSES rocket payload, a NASA-sponsored space science research program, is in need of several student engineers. The payload is being prepared for a summer, 2005 launch from White Sands Missile Range. ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING - Power distribution and monitoring - Analog telemetry interface, signal conditioning, and isolation - Digital telemetry interfaces Desired skills: Circuit design, ORCAD, VHDL, soldering, test & measurement. MECHANICAL ENGINEERING - Design of sensor mounts - Design, fabrication, and test of flight hardware - Adapt and test COTS parts for space flight Desired skills: ProE (Wildfire), machining.
